Massage after bathing with a paste made from yogurt and almond flour.

Bleeding

1. If you cut your fingernails and blood runs instead of clotting, apply black pepper, and the bleeding will stop immediately.

Acne

It mainly originates from the staphylococcus microbe. People with acne often also experience constipation. There is a deficiency of B vitamins here.

It is an inflammation of the sebaceous glands and hair follicles of the skin.

1. Infusion made from almond shells that are boiled and drunk 3 times a day.

2. Apply a little boric vaseline on it for 10 minutes and then remove it.

3. In 200 grams of boiling water:

1 piece of cinnamon stick (it is antiseptic and helps circulation)

1 fresh lemon peel

1 cup of achillea/milleoto (contains vitamin K and is a hemostatic)

1 cup of lemon balm (regulates oiliness and has antibacterial and calming effects)

1 cup of calendula (antiseptic)

1 cup of lavender flowers.

After bringing it to a boil, remove it from the heat, add 50 grams of alcohol. Cover it for 1 hour to allow the ingredients to infuse, and apply it to the skin.

It can also be used on oily skin before makeup.

Diet for Acne = Carrot juice + apples and a little cinnamon on top.

Boil 100 grams of rosemary leaves in 1 liter of water and use it for a facial steam - it has antiseptic properties.

Skin

Creams containing acidic vitamin A or retinoic acid, as this derivative of vitamin A is called, effectively combat wrinkles, especially those caused by the sun, and especially those around the eyes, forehead, and upper lip. The results last for about 6 to 12 months.

2. Rubbing with cucumber or watermelon peels makes the skin cool, white, and velvety.

Milk

If you don't have it, use plain milk.

Lotion

If you don't have it, use mineral water.

Creative-Detoxifying

Dill, mint, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon (in salads or food).

1. Mashed strawberries + yogurt.

Boil 200g of bran in 1 liter of water for 10 minutes and strain. Apply to your body or add it to your bath water.

Insect Repellent - Mosquitoes

1. Dissolve a little salt in lukewarm water. Once cooled, apply to the bite area. It may sting a little at first, but the itching will go away.

2. Rub with fresh basil leaves.

3. Rub the area with laundry soap (preferably olive-based), as it is neutral and neutralizes the formic acid that mosquitoes inject into the skin.

4. Compresses with honey + baking soda.

Rub with toothpaste.

Leather furniture

Sinks, basins, bathrooms:

Baking soda + white vinegar, then rinse with lukewarm water, to unclog sinks.

Wallpaper: A ball of white bread like an eraser for fingerprints.

2. Use blotting paper and iron with a lukewarm iron for grease or oil stains.

1/2 cup ammonia + 1 liter of water

Windows

1 cup white vinegar

3 cups boiling water

10 drops of lemongrass or lemon essential oil.

Carpet Freshener

1/2 cup cornstarch

1/2 cup baking soda

1/4 cup lemongrass

1/4 cup lemon peel

6 drops of grapefruit essential oil

Mix the ingredients in a blender. Let the mixture sit in a cup, stirring occasionally until completely dry. Sprinkle the powder and let it act for 15 minutes, then vacuum the carpet.

Steam iron cleaner

Vinegar + 1 teaspoon fine salt and iron on an old fabric, then empty it and fill it normally

Dish soap

Green olive soap + 1 liter of water + 1/8 liter of 90-degree alcohol and juice from 4 lemons or vinegar.

Brass items

Strong ammonia solution in water, then normally with products for polishing brass items.

Gilded items

Baking soda and a dry cloth. For stains from cigarette or cigar ash, mix with petroleum jelly, then wipe with a cloth.

Cleaning old glass.

Never use ammonia.

Grated green soap + lukewarm water and vinegar when rinsing

If it is stained = 1. Soak in a solution of 2 parts water and 1 part vinegar.

2. Small pieces of newspaper covered with water for 24 hours.

3. Instead of newspapers, use potato peels or soaked tea leaves or a broth from boiled onions.

Plant Care & Fertilizer

Fertilizer

Watermelon rinds cut into small pieces.

Nettle and rosemary.

2. Hair Loss

Boil artichoke leaves and massage with the juice.

Vitamin B: chicken, avocado, brown rice, yeast.

Iron: liver, shellfish, green vegetables.

Iodine: all types of seafood.

Copper: poultry, lettuce, red cabbage.

3. Shine & Luster

Boil artichoke leaves and massage with the juice.

4. Dry Hair

Whisk 2 eggs, add 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp glycerin + 1 tbsp vinegar.

Apply the mixture thoroughly, especially to the ends of the hair, and leave for 15 minutes.

Mash an avocado, massage, and cover the head with a transparent plastic wrap and leave for an hour.

Or 2 tbsp peanut oil + 1/2 avocado and follow the same process.

5. Oily Hair

5 tbsp fresh lemon juice + 5 tbsp yogurt, massage for 10 minutes.

Mask: 4 tbsp green clay powder + 2 tbsp olive oil + 2 tbsp essential thyme oil.

Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Apply to the hair and leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse.

6. Hard Hair

Mix 2 tbsp coconut oil + 1 egg + 1 tbsp vinegar over low heat. Apply while it is warm because coconut oil solidifies when it cools.

Wrap the head with a warm towel and leave for 15 minutes.

7. Fine or Weak Hair

Whisk 6 tbsp yogurt + 1 egg. Massage and leave for 10 minutes.

General Hair Tips

8. Lightly massage with olive oil, tie it with a scarf to avoid staining the sheets, sleep with it, and rinse in the morning.

9. For blondes, in the summer, apply lemon juice to make them more yellow.

10. Rinse your hair with lemon. Squeeze half a lemon, put it in a glass of water, mix, and pour it over your wet hair. Leave for 2-3 minutes and rinse.

11. Rinse your hair with chamomile. Boil 10 tbsp chamomile in a quarter of a liter of water for 10 minutes, and after it cools, pour it over wet hair without rinsing.

12. After-sea lotion.

In a cup of water + 1 tbsp vinegar and remove all the salt, then rinse normally.

The same with water and the juice of one lemon.

The same with a cup of boiled thyme.

The same with a cup of boiled rosemary.

Hair mask with honey

Heat 100g of honey and mix it with 50g of vegetable oil.

Massage well with this mixture on the roots of the hair, leave for 20 minutes, and rinse thoroughly.

Dry, thin, and weak

1 tablespoon bone marrow from beef + 1 tbsp rum + 1 tbsp resin.

Mix, apply for 1 hour, rinse, and at the end, rinse with water to which you have added the juice of one lemon.

Shampoos for Hair

1. Almond + Basil = Softness, added shine, and protection against environmental damage. For soft, silky hair with shine.

2. Aloe Vera + Vanilla = Helps restore the moisturizing balance and repairs damaged hair.

3. Eucalyptus + Cinnamon = Helps create volume (vitality).

4. Chrysanthemum + Ginger = Soothes the scalp, protects against UV rays (for dyed hair).

5. Angelica + Lavender = Brightens blonde tones and soothes the scalp (for blonde hair).

6. Pear + Sage = Fights greasiness, removes chlorine, removes residue from styling products.

7. Fig + Jojoba = Softness and intense hydration for hair.

8. Orange + Mint = Soothes the scalp and defines curls.

9. Grape + Mint = Protects against the environment.

10. Blueberry & Pepper, Pomegranate & Pepper = Supports hold and protects hair from the environment.

Eyes

Irritation from air and fatigue.

1. Chamomile compresses.

In boiling water, add a handful of chamomile and let it steep for a few days. Strain the flowers and, while still warm, apply the liquid to the eyes.

2. Flower water compresses.

Warm water and flower water (rose water) on a cotton pad.

3. Lily water compresses.

½ liter of cold water + 15 g of lily flowers, boil for 10 minutes, strain, let cool, and apply to the eyes.

4. Mallow compresses.

1 liter of boiling water + 16 g of mallow, let it steep for 10 minutes, strain, let cool, and wash the eyes.

Masks

1 tablespoon of flour + 1 tablespoon of honey, gradually add fresh whole milk to form a paste, and apply under the eyelids for 20 minutes.

Dark circles

Chamomile compresses.

Eyelashes

2 parts petroleum jelly + 1 part castor oil, gently apply to the eyelids, focusing on the eyelashes. After 1 minute, remove with a cotton pad.

Puffy eyes

Suck on an ice cube, pressing it against the tongue, as this will reduce swelling in the sinuses, and then place slices of cucumber on your closed eyelids.

2. Soak a cotton pad with cold milk and leave it on for 5-10 minutes.

For relaxation

Almond oil + 10 drops of lavender, gently massage.

Wrinkles around the eyes

Soak a cotton pad in 3 drops of grape seed oil. Apply the remaining liquid to the eyes 3 times a day.

Tired or red eyes

Compresses soaked in chamomile tea, thyme tea, green tea, or slices of cold cucumber or potato.

Tanning

Oil

1. Blend fresh tomato juice and equal amount of olive oil.

2. Apply beer.

Tanning stabilization

1. Use strong black tea and apply before sun exposure. You can continue this after vacation to prolong the tan. The tannin it contains is responsible for these results.

2. Carrot mask

Grate 2 carrots, boil for 5 minutes, and mix the pulp with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 2 tablespoons of flour.

3. Carrot lotion

Grate 2 carrots and boil for 5 minutes, add lemon juice or rose water, let it sit for 2-3 days, and strain it.

The carotene and vitamin A it contains revitalize the skin and help it tan more easily.

4. Apply a thin layer of cream with grated carrot and rinse after 15 minutes.

Abdomen

¼ Olive oil + 80g of chamomile tea in hot boiled cabbage leaves.

Intoxication

Boiled vegetable broth.

Memory

Memory ability decreases by 6-8% every 10 years. The new natural product, phosphatidylserine, recently discovered by researchers at the Memory Assessment Clinics in Maryland, helps improve this function.

Basil pulp supports memory.

Bruises

Mix green alcohol and grated soap well and use the mixture for a light massage or for compresses on the affected areas.

Nerves

1. For babies

In the baby's evening bath, use an infusion of 250g of elderflower in 5 liters of water, add it to the bath water, and leave the baby in the water for 5 minutes.

Add a little liquid soap to a lot of water and spray the plants in the evening.

Digestion

Acupuncture points

A small ball under the knee joint. 1 cm outwards, and make circular motions with your index and middle fingers. You will find it if you pass your fingers from top to bottom on the shin.

Indigestion

1. Infusion. 100 leaves of fennel, thoroughly washed and dried, in 1 liter of white wine (Marsala). Soak for 15 days, then take 2 tablespoons after meals.

2. Chamomile infusion. To reach every corner of the stomach, lie on your right side after drinking, then on your left side, then on your back, and finally on your stomach.

Constipation

1. Baked apple puree

2. 2 plums that have been soaked overnight in warm water and honey, on an empty stomach.

5 dried plums + 1/4 liter of water, boil for 20 minutes, add juice from half a grapefruit, and drink in the morning on an empty stomach.

3. Licorice helps with bowel function. However, be careful as it inhibits potassium absorption in the intestine and softens stools, so do not overuse it.

4. If there is pain and cramps, apply a warm compress to the area where the pain is located.

5. Use raw parsley because it is an excellent digestive aid - it loses its vitamins when cooked.

6. 1 kg of onions with their skins in the oven without oil or butter, for about an hour until they soften and become pierced. Peel them and make a salad with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. At least 2 times a week.

Heartburn

Especially during pregnancy. A handful of almonds or walnuts, chewing them slowly.

Intestine

If you suffer from irritable bowel syndrome, a benign condition that usually affects women and manifests as abdominal pain, around or below the navel, constipation or diarrhea, and generally fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and sweating, the best remedy is a tablespoon of bran in your food.

Irritable bowel-colitis. Chamomile, cinnamon, caraway, anise.

Bloating and indigestion. Marshmallow root, anise, lemon balm, chamomile, coriander.

Gas. Sprinkle your food with herbs - anise, thyme, mint, rosemary, basil, bay leaf.

--Flaxseed provides fatty acids that protect against heart attacks and facilitates bowel function.

You can mix half a tablespoon in half a glass of water or sprinkle flaxseed on your salads.

--After dinner, drink infusions of anise or mint seeds.

Inflammation. A tablespoon of Aloe Vera juice before sitting down to eat.

Diarrhea. Take a complex of vitamin B during meals, combined with a supplement based on a probiotic.

Bloating. May be due to bread. Possible intolerance to gluten or yeast.

Wounds

Cleanse it with chamomile tea.

Apply honey (it has antiseptic properties) and it will heal faster. Changing dressings is easier because you don't remove the thin layer of epidermis that forms. This method may be more effective than antibiotic treatment.

Before changing the dressing, wash with:

1. Lavender infusion: 60g of lavender flowers in 1 liter of boiling water for 10 minutes.

Or 2. Thyme infusion: 20g of thyme in 1 liter of boiling water for 10 minutes.

Feet

Antiseptic and refreshing action

In warm water (as much as you can tolerate), add 3 drops of lemon essential oil.

Stimulates circulation

In warm water, add 2 tablespoons of mustard powder for 10 minutes.

Fatigue and pain

1. Puree carrots in water and use as a foot soak for pain and fatigue.

2. Foot soak with ¾ warm water + ¼ milk, it will immediately provide relief.

3. Feet: Foot soak with boiling water and 15g of oak bark for excessive sweating.

4. 2 cups of tansy (it has anti-sweating properties) + 15 leaves of bergamot or fruit +

1 tablespoon of bitter almond + ½ kg of alcohol in a jar that is closed and left for 3 to 5 days, then strained. After the foot soak, apply this mixture, which improves circulation, provides relief, and reduces sweating.

5. Ointment: 1. Flower extracts

2. 15g of Tabasco sauce (the pepper contains a compound that acts as a pain reliever) mixed with a neutral ointment such as eucerin or homoeopathic ointment, and apply 4 or 5 times a day.

6. Peppermint massage: 10ml of alcohol at 40 degrees mixed with 5 drops of peppermint essential oil.

Calves

Softens skin after shaving. 1 glass of almond oil + 1 lemon peel + 1 handful of mint. Place all in a bottle with a large opening and let it sit for 15 days, then filter the mixture. Use on calves and hands.

Corns

1. Grind geranium leaves into a pulp and apply it to the corns, securing it with a gauze. However, first check if you are allergic to geranium.

2. Mix a small amount of salicylic acid (from a pharmacy) well with lard. Apply every night after a foot soak.

Muscle aches

1. Schwarzy compress

Popular in Austria. 100g pumpkin seeds + 10ml pumpkin oil or olive oil. Apply to the painful area, cover with cotton fabric for 15 minutes.

Toothache

1. Mix equal parts of lavender and clove essential oils and rub on the tooth.

2. Chew dried rosemary leaves.

Headache

Acupuncture point / Massage

Just below the fold between the index finger and thumb. Massage in a clockwise direction.

1. Basil and rosemary essential oils or infusions

2. Flemish recipe. Dissolve one tablespoon of dried juniper berries in 10 minutes in boiling water.

3. Spicy oil, ginger dilates blood vessels, promotes blood circulation and relieves headaches caused by tension.

Peel two pieces of fresh ginger, rub them and squeeze their juice into a soft cloth. Mix 1 part of the juice + 5 parts almond oil and rub your temples with this mixture.

4. Violet infusion. 2 teaspoons of violet in 2 cups of boiling water for 10 minutes.

5. Violet honey. Layered violet and honey, mixed every 2 days, leaving it like this for 10 days. Filter and 2-3 teaspoons. Relieves

headache, especially that caused by alcohol consumption.

The Romans wore wreaths of violets after drinking to relieve headaches.

Rheumatic pain

Infusion of 100g pure alcohol and 30 eucalyptus leaves, sealed in a bottle for 5 days. Strain it and place the leaves on the painful areas twice a day or more.

Soft & Fragrant Skin

Wash with a single drop of neutral baby shampoo for soft, fragrant skin overnight.

Shiny Skin

Rub a cucumber slice instead of lotion — it makes skin matte.

Hydration & Glow

30g soft wheat flour + 20g water + 1 tsp honey + a few drops of rose water. Mix until smooth and soft. Apply to face for 15-20 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water gradually cooling.

Irritated or Red Skin

Soak a cloth in milk and place it on your face. The lactic acid will calm it and reduce redness.

Dull, Pale Skin

Your cells need vitamins B2 and PP found in corn, cereals, yeast, liver, and nuts.

Cleansing

Lemon juice cleanses and adds glow.

Blemishes

Before sleep, dab a little toothpaste on them.

Mask: Cucumber slices dipped in skim milk or lotion for 20 minutes, then rinse. Good for face and neck.

Tired Face

1. Apply slices of ripe strawberries for 10 minutes on cleansed face and neck. Rinse with cold water.

2. 1 tsp butter + strawberry juice or pulp for 30 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water and tonic lotion. Adds freshness to dull or dark skin, suitable for all skin types.

3. Rub cleansed face and neck with cut strawberries, sleep with it, rinse in the morning.

4. Wipe face with cotton soaked in grape juice, leave 15 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water, then apply moisturizer.

Oily Skin

The body lacks vitamins B2, B6, and H — those found in brewer's yeast. Wipe a lemon slice directly on face, let dry, then apply makeup.

Dry Skin

Lacking vitamin A and animal proteins — found in egg yolk and dairy products. These people usually don't drink enough water. Use lemon juice in 50g rose water, apply morning and evening.

Seborrhea

Eliminated with royal jelly — either eaten or applied topically, as long as it's natural.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatments

Purslane Serum: 3 tbsp purslane juice (rich in Omega fatty acids and Vitamin C) + 1 tbsp tahini (contains lecithin, Vitamins A and C, trace elements) + 1 tbsp rose water — blend together. Add 1/2 tsp black grape seeds, 3-5 drops lavender, 1/2 tsp ground almond (30-50x more Vitamin E). Helps circulation and strengthens capillaries. Leave 5-10 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water, then apply anti-wrinkle oil.

Anti-Wrinkle Oil #1: 300g olive oil + 1 cup lemon verbena (tonic properties) + 1 cup wild rose petals (3,000 units Vitamin C, Vitamins A, B, carotene, antioxidants) + 1 cup fennel seeds and flowers + 3-5 drops rose essential oil. Place oil in cup, add verbena, press rose petals on top, leave 1 day in sun. Strain after 1 week indoors. Keeps 3-6 months in cool place.

Anti-Wrinkle Oil #2: 1 tbsp each of sunflower, wheat germ, castor, and hazelnut oil + a little rosemary, lavender, thyme, linseed + 6 drops cypress oil. Mix, leave 3 days, strain through gauze. Use daily for 1.5 months.

Nourishing Mask: 1 boiled potato (mashed with skin) + 1 tbsp oil + mint, orange peel, grapefruit peel — blend with a little oil. Apply anti-wrinkle oil #2 first, let absorb, then apply mask bottom-to-top. Leave briefly, rinse.

Anti-Wrinkle Oil #3: 2 tbsp apricot oil + 1 tbsp almond oil + 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp wheat germ oil + 4 tbsp lemon. Blend together, keeps 2 weeks in fridge.

Anti-Wrinkle Oil #4: 1 tbsp almond oil + 1/2 tbsp castor oil + 1 tbsp sunflower oil + 2 drops each of lavender, rosemary, and cypress essential oils.

Face Masks

Anti-Wrinkle (Oily Skin): 1. Beat egg white with a few drops of lemon. 2. Same, with 2 tbsp cornflour. Apply with brush to face and neck for 15 minutes, rinse lukewarm then cool. Also good around eyes.

3. 2 tbsp honey + 1/2 tbsp lemon for 15 minutes.

Anti-Wrinkle (Dry Skin): Use egg yolk with a few drops of lemon, optionally add 1 tbsp olive or almond oil. Good for eye area too.

2. 2 tbsp honey + 1/2 tbsp olive oil for 15 minutes.

Irritated Skin Cream: 6 tbsp almond oil + 2 tbsp tea + 1 tbsp chamomile (boiled and strained) + 5 tbsp lanolin + a few drops of lemon. Also helps maintain summer tan.
