A handful in a liter of boiling water. Let it steep for 10 minutes, strain, and drink as much as you like, throughout the day, starting from the morning.

🌿 NUTMEG

Fruit from a tree scientifically called Myristica or fragrant, originating from the islands of the Indian archipelago. Today, it is still cultivated there and in other tropical countries due to the multiple uses of its fruit.

In medicine, it is used as an antiseptic.

Also used is the nutmeg butter, which is obtained by crushing the shell of this fruit and is suitable for certain medicinal uses.

In cooking, it is particularly recommended for diet foods, to stimulate appetite and make them more appealing.
